If you will have a birthday or celebration during your vacation and have not already informed your Olivia Travel Consultant, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Passport and Visa

Guests must have a passport valid for six months after their arrival date. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.

Specific Needs: Medical, Mobility, Dietary, and Others

If you have medical, mobility, or dietary requirements that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Vaccinations

Please check with your local Public Health Department or personal physician regarding immunizations you may need. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s website at: www.cdc.gov. Click on Traveler’s Health section then click on the Destinations link and choose Mexico.

Airports

You will need to fly into and out of Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH).

Airfare Discounts

We are proud to partner with United Airlines. The United Airlines discount code: Z Code: ZPTZ and Agreement code: 877055 are good for up to 10% off and applies to flights into and out of Ixtapa ((ZIH) ). Dates of travel are Nov 23, 2025 – Dec 12, 2025.  Airfare can be booked no earlier than 11 months before the trip. This reservation can be completed by visiting united.com/meetings (enter the Meeting Code ZPTZ877055 in the Promotions and Certificates box). Or by calling the United Reservations Meetings Desk at (800) 426-1122 and providing the Z code and agreement code (a service fee will apply). You can also choose to book through your preferred travel agency and provide the discount program information. Discount level applicable based on 1st letter of published tariff fare purchased.

Check-In

Official check-in is after 4 pm on November 29, 2025. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.

Luggage Allowances

While there is no luggage limit at the resort, airlines often restrict (or charge) for excess baggage. Because each airline is different, and the regulations change over time, please check with your airline for baggage allowances.

Pre or Post Stays

Pre- and post-nights are based on availability. Ask your Travel Consultant for more information.

Transfers and Meeting up with Olivia

Your round-trip transfers to and from Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH) are included. We will request your flight information about 90 days before the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time. The airport is approximately 45 minutes driving time from the resort.If you purchased pre nights through Olivia, your transfer will be included according to your flight arrival day and time.

Electricity

The rooms are equipped with standard US 110-volt outlets.

Excursions

The resort offers a wide array of optional excursions such as sunset cruises, city tour with shopping, bike adventure, saltwater fishing, sail and snorkel, archaeological tours, turtle release and more. Extra charges apply.

Gratuities

Gratuities to resort staff are included in the cost of the trip.

Hair Dryers

There is a hair dryer in your room. If you prefer a stronger wattage, we encourage you to bring your own.

Internet

Basic wifi is included and is available throughout the resort. Premium wifi can be purchased for a fee.

Laundry Services

Laundry services are available for an additional charge.

Medical Services

There is an infirmary at the resort and a doctor on call 24 hours a day. There is an extra cost for medical attention.

Smoking Policy

All rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.

Spa Services

Indulge and relax at the resort’s spa. Services are available for an extra charge.

Each room has a direct-dial phone; however, we encourage you to connect to wifi from your mobile device and use phone apps such as FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Check-Out Time

Check-out is 11 am on November 1, 2025.

Transfers to the Airport

November 1, 2025. If you purchased Olivia post nights, your transfer will be included according to your flight departure day and time. Departure information will be available at the resort.
