  • What is Flex Pay?

    FlexPay gives you the freedom to book your dream vacation now and pay over time with simple, fixed installments. Some plans are interest-free, while others may include interest. When you're ready to check out, just select “FlexPay” as your payment option, complete a quick application, and get an instant decision. Choose the plan that works best for you, finish booking, and get ready to enjoy your next adventure!

  • How do I apply?

    Shop as you normally would, adding your dream vacation to your cart. When you're ready to check out, simply choose FlexPay as your payment method. To apply, just provide a few basics like: your mobile number, date of birth, and, if you're a US resident, and your Social Security Number. Once approved, complete your booking—and you're all set!

  • How are my loan term offers determined?

    We consider a few key factors, including your credit info and purchase details, to help create the best payment plan for you.

  • What are the advantages of using Flex Pay vs. a credit card?

    While some credit cards charge interest on interest, Flex Pay charges only simple interest. If you carry a balance on a credit card, it can be hard to understand what it will cost you in total. Often it is more than you'd expect. With Flex Pay, the cost is clear at the time of purchase, with simple interest, predictable payments, and no fees.

  • How do I make payments?

    You can make a payment anytime by visiting upgrade.com/pay and clicking on the Loans tab. From there, click the Make a Payment button.

    We recommend that you enable AutoPay at time of purchase so that your payments are automatically deducted each month.

    If you don't have AutoPay enabled, visit upgrade.com/pay, click on the Accounts page, and set the AutoPay toggle to ON.

    You can also change the form of payment on file with Flex Pay anytime by visiting upgrade.com/pay.

  • I purchased a trip using Flex Pay, can I travel before it's paid off?

    Yes! You do need to allow a few days between booking and your departure date for things to process. Other than that, you are free to travel whenever—even before you're all paid off.

  • How do I spread my remaining trip balance over time with Flex Pay financing?

    Call an Olivia Travel Consultant at 800.631.6277 x1 (US/Canada) or 415.962.5700 x1 (International) and they will be able to assist you with instructions on how to see if you qualify to spread your remaining balance over time when financing with Flex Pay.
