Partnering with Olivia is a special opportunity for professional travel agents who deliver exceptional customer service. To become an authorized Olivia agent, you must hold a valid IATA or CLIA identification.

Information Required for Booking
Before calling Olivia, please have the following details ready for each of your clients:
- Full legal name (exactly as it appears on their passport)
- Home address (street, city, state, zip code, and country)
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Form of payment
A deposit is required to secure all reservations. Olivia accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please ensure you have the correct billing address and security code for your client’s credit card. All payments must be made in US dollars.
Required Paperwork
At the time of reservation, you will receive an 8-digit reservation number for your client, and you will receive an email requesting guests’ agreement to Olivia’s Terms and Conditions. Each guest must agree to Olivia’s electronic ‘Terms & Conditions’ via their own individual Olivia travel profiles.
