Passport and Visa

You will need a passport that is valid for six months after your arrival date. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.

Specific Needs, Medical, and Mobility

If you have any medical, mobility needs, or specific dietary requirements that you have not already advised your travel consultant, please advise us of this information as soon as possible but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Vaccinations

Please check with your local Public Health Department or personal physician regarding immunizations you may need. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s website at: www.cdc.gov. Just click on “Traveler’s Health”, followed by “Destinations” and choose "Mexico."

Check-in

Official check-in is after 4 pm on October 25, 2025. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.

Luggage Allowances

While there is no luggage limit at the resort, airlines often restrict (or charge) for excess baggage. Because each airline is different, and the regulations change over time, please check with your airline for baggage allowances.

Transfers and Meeting up with Olivia

Your round-trip transfers to and from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) are included. We will request your flight information approximately 90 days in advance of the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time. The airport is approximately 45 minutes driving time from the resort.

Electricity

The rooms are equipped with standard US 110-volt outlets.

Excursions

Book an excursion such as snorkeling, catamarans, sunset cruises, and city tours. These options are offered by a third-party tour operator and are subject to change. You will be able to pre-book these services approximately 30 days prior to arrival. Service fees apply.

Gratuities

Gratuities to resort staff are included in the cost of the trip.

Hair Dryers

There is a hair dryer in your room. If you prefer a stronger wattage, we encourage you to bring your own.

Wifi is included and is available throughout the resort.

Laundry Services

Laundry services are available for an additional charge.

There is a doctor on call 24 hours a day. There is an extra cost for medical attention

All rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.

Spa Services

Enjoy massages, facials and more at the Spa by Pevonia at an extra cost. The spa will be shared space with the next door Breathless Punta Cana Resort. There will be designated hours exclusive to Olivia guests.

Check-out is 11 am on November 1, 2025.

Transfers to the Airport

November 1, 2025. If you purchased Olivia post nights, your transfer will be included according to your flight departure day and time. Departure information will be available at the resort.
