1. Olivia Interest Free Payment Plans: Olivia payment plans must be paid in full six months or 180 days before your trip. If a reservation is made at the six-month mark or less, payment in full will be required unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance
Unexpected events can cause you to cancel your vacation. Because we are committed to this charter, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy as outlined in our Olivia Terms & Conditions. Transfer funds are nonrefundable and nontransferable from the point of sale forward.
Olivia recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your trip investment against the unexpected. If you will have a birthday or celebration during your vacation and have not already informed your Olivia Travel Consultant, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Passport and Visa
You will need a passport that is valid for six months after your arrival date. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.
Specific Needs—Dietary, Medical, and Mobility
If you have any medical, mobility needs, or specific dietary requirements that you have not already advised your travel consultant, please advise us of this information as soon as possible but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.
Vaccinations
Please check with your local Public Health Department or personal physician regarding immunizations you may need. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s website at: www.cdc.gov. Just click on “Traveler’s Health”, followed by “Destinations” and choose "Mexico."

Airfare Specials

Airfare can be booked no earlier than 11 months before the trip. This reservation can be completed by visiting united.com/meetings (enter the Meeting Code ZPTZ877055 in the Promotions and Certificates box). Or by calling the United Reservations Meetings Desk at (800) 426-1122 and providing the Z code and agreement code (a service fee will apply). You can also choose to book through your preferred travel agency and provide the discount program information. Discount level applicable based on 1st letter of published tariff fare purchased.
Airports
You will need to fly into and out of Cancún International Airport (CUN). Alternatively, Tulum International Airport (TQO) is scheduled to open in 2024 offering international flights.
Check-In
Official check-in is after 4 pm on May 24, 2025. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.
Luggage Allowances
While there is no luggage limit at the resort, airlines often restrict (or charge) for excess baggage. Because each airline is different, and the regulations change over time, please check with your airline for baggage allowances.

Transfers and Meeting up with Olivia
Your round-trip transfers to and from Cancún International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airports (TQO) are included. We will request your flight information about 90 days before the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time. The Cancun airport is approximately 90 minutes driving time from the resort. The Tulum airport is approximately 50 minutes driving time from the resort.

The rooms are equipped with standard US 110-volt outlets.
Excursions
Since the resort is just ten minutes from the enchanting Tulum ruins and downtown Tulum, it’s easy to immerse yourself in the prevalent Mayan culture during your Olivia vacation at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa. Surrounded by jungle, the best beaches in Mexico, and surreal Cenotes (meaning “sacred well” in Mayan), there are many natural and ancient wonders to discover. Plan to visit Chichen Itza, Xel-ha, Xcaret or plan a day of shopping in Playa del Carmen. Excursions are an additional charge; you will be able to book a few weeks in advance of the trip or at the resort after you arrive.

Hair Dryers
There is a hair dryer in your room. If you prefer a stronger wattage, we encourage you to bring your own.

There is an infirmary at the resort and a doctor on call 24 hours a day. There is an extra cost for medical services.

All rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
